The client is one of the largest independent common carriers in the world. It operates a fleet of more than 110 vessels, of which 43 are fully owned. Their operations cover all of the major global transhipment hubs throughout Asia, Africa, Caribbean, Latin Americas, Europe, Mediterranean and Middle East.
​The project scope is to implement SAP S/4HANA 1610, which is to be highly integrated with third party shipping line operation system. This includes the set up of more than 50 company codes, the deployment of localisation solutions, and the development of a customised, complex program for revenue recognition and charter hire cost allocation. ​
With a team of skilful and experienced consultants, BSDC worked closely with the client to achieve the objectives set out for the project. With their extensive knowledge and solid project management skills, the team successfully implemented China and Singapore localisation solutions, fully tested all business scenarios and executed comprehensive training for end users.
With BSDC's help, the client achieved a shortened month-end closing process with enhanced productivity. The client is able to fulfil statutory reporting requirements and generate tax reports with reduced manual efforts. Overall, the client had greater transparency in their data analysis and is able to conduct profitability analysis using multiple dimensions.

The client is one of the front runners in the refrigeration and air-conditioning business in Singapore, with more than 60 years of experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry in Southeast Asia and China.
​The project scope is to roll out the global SAP design to China and Malaysia. It covers various SAP modules such as SD, PP, MM, QM, PMA, FI and CO. The project also includes the deployment of China and Singapore localisation solutions as well as the configuration of a complicated sales price setup.
BSDC's team of consultants leveraged on their deep expertise to provide optimal project solutions to address the client's pain points. The team worked alongside with the client and successfully implemented BSDC China Localisation solution. All business scenarios were fully tested and thorough user training were delivered by the team. The client is an international Swiss automotive supplier headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland. It has presence in over 24 countries, with 53 production facilities worldwide. It is one of the leading manufacturers in vehicle acoustic and thermal management solutions for vehicles and supplies to many global automobile manufacturers.
The project objective is to help the client roll out the global SAP template across China, with one Shanghai headquarters and multiple plants established across China. The client has approximately 500 employees in a plant, with more than 100 end users.

The project covers SAP modules such as SRM, SD, PP, MM, QM, PMA, FI and CO as well as the implementation of IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and China localisation solutions. ​The system landscape include integration with multiple systems like TeamCenter, MXP, HFM, SRM, ROS, SDS, REFRESH, Supplier portals, Customer portals, ARC, EDI and EBS.
Global team collaboration is required, with regular meetings with delegated solution experts, BPM, global PMO team and Steering Committee members from different time zones.
Keeping the client's global SAP template intact, BSDC's team of expert consultants worked closely with the global team to implement the design and to integrate BSDC's China localisation solution across the China entities. ​BSDC developed a comprehensive project management plan to ensure that all relevant business cases were tested and practical user training to end users were delivered. ​Stakeholders were also well-engaged through regular updates from the Project management team.
The BSDC team successfully deployed global solution to China and integrated the China localisation solution with global template with minimal disruptions and issues to the business. ​The client also achieved real time product confirmation that is deeply integrated system, this allowed all departments to be able to have closer collaboration. Moreover, the client was able to streamline their month end closing process and gain deeper insights to their financial performance across different profitability analysis characteristics. ​

The client is a specialty chemicals company which is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. It is one of the frontiers for the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry.
The project's aim is to roll out the client's global SAP template to China plant and headquarters, as well as to deploy BSDC China localisation solution. It encompasses SAP modules like SD, PP, MM, QM, EHS, FI and CO. The system landscape include complex integrations with third parties. Close collaboration with global teams from different time zones is also needed.
